WOKA // Provincial Council of Biscay

The Provincial Council of Biscay set us the following challenge:

To design and implement a participatory process for defining public policies on aging in Biscay. The goal of this project was to gather feedback from citizens in order to co-create Biscay’s future aging policies.

Five Word Café dynamics were implemented at the provincial level, with approximately 50 people participating per session. During the sessions, reflections on the diagnosis were made, current policies of the territory were reviewed and contrasted, and citizens were asked to reflect on the public policies they would like to see implemented in the future.
