I’m bizi + Abian // Gaztedi Durangaldea

I’M BIZI and ABIAN are two youth-oriented initiatives in the Durangaldea and Lea Artibai areas. In this case, we collaborated with Gaztedi Bizkaia, promoted by the Provincial Council of Biscay, to provide employment guidance to young people aged 15 to 17, and to create spaces for dialogue about the future. Each event featured between 100 and 200 YOUNG PEOPLE from various schools across the territory.

The following were the main actions taken to carry out the high-impact event design:

_To aid in the relativization of young people’s fears about their future career paths and the normalization of their doubts so that they can make decisions about their future.

_To provide a safe space for them to reflect on their professional careers.

_To bring young people closer to the challenges and needs of the region’s businesses and institutions, as well as how these affect employment and talent attraction.

_To grab the interest of young people in work and employment through theatre, audiovisual content, and games.
